We work with a wide range of rigid sheet materials and thicknesses to support both functional and decorative applications.

CNC Router Capacity

• Table size: 51” × 100”

• Material thickness: 1/8” (3mm) up to 1” (25mm), depending on material

• Materials we cut:
  Acrylic, Lexan (polycarbonate), ACM / ACP, PVC, HPL, HDPE, MDF, particle board, plywood, and some aluminum.

Please note: We do not cut glass or steel.

Turnaround Times

• Typical turnaround is 2–3 business days from material drop-off

• We stock some materials for quicker turnaround times.

File Requirements

• Preferred: Vector PDF

• Also accepted: Adobe Illustrator (AI), EPS

• File cleanup and design verification available (additional fees may apply)
